Cozy House is an unusual guest complex in Dilijan, it seems that you are in a fairy tale. As in Tolkien's book, everything here follows the rules - round houses, round windows and doors. Some of the guest houses are in the ground, the roof is also covered with a layer of soil, green grass and flowers. In short, it is a real Hobbit village.
Cozy House offers one- or two-bedroom units, private bathroom, double or king beds. Some rooms even offer a bank-bed for kids. Bedding, towels, toiletries are included and rooms are cleaned every day. Free WiFi is provided upon check-in which you can carry with you while travelling in Dilijan. Each room has a mini-refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, TV set, safe box, USB charger and all the amenities you may possibly need for your comfort. And above all, the breakfast is included which you can enjoy in the private seating area in the terrace.

Separate accessible entrance. There is a small threshold at the entrance to the room. The rooms are quite spacious, but not specially equipped. The entrance to shower cabin is 15 cm high. There is no separate restaurant, breakfast is served to the room. They have an experience in hosting guests with mobility issues using wheelchairs.
